* Method of refund - Store credit

* Product condition - Item must be unused and in the package, it was given.

* Refund contact info -We do not offer cash refunds; we will replace any product that is not up to standard.

* Charges, if any - If the product is not right due to company fault, the company will replace or fix without cost to the customer. Written communication will be provided via email for documentation purposes.
